I am pretty sure you should have a look here:
http://board.galaxytool.eu/index.php?topic=1207.0

Please make sure you have backup copies of your attributes.php and config.php files located in your galaxytool/config folder. Now delete everything in your galaxytool folder, including sub-folders, and re-upload the v5.0.1 package files available here:
http://en.wiki.galaxytool.eu/index.php/Downloads

Now re-upload your attributes.php and config.php files to the config folder and test it again.
----------------------------------------------
Alternatively, what you can do is to delete everything, except your attributes.php and config.php files. Then simply upload the v5.0.1 package to your galaxytool folder.

Specific to your situation: the galaxytool folder should be replaced with Armada in all instances used above. ;)

Report back if this doesn't help.
