I've solved. The header.xsd wasn't transfered in all parts. But now i've an other problem -.-

GalaxyToolBar says that i've wrong password and username but is a lie: the username and the password are right.
The plugin found a galaxy and all other information but don't insert this one into the GalaxyTool.
Someone can help me?

Use the Logon Key instead of username/password. You can generate such a key at the Galaxytool Overview Page and copy&paste it into the AddOn settings.

Hi Omar,
I can't use the logon key because the loading was infinite, look.
Could be a triggers problem? altervista.org, my hosting, don't offers triggers with default option. I've to enable triggers?

no, this is no triggers problem usually, but either the update.php did not run through or the advertizing breaks the JSON, which the server sends. ;)

The update was been by v.4.7.1 to v.4.9.2 with success. I'm sure.
You said something about advertising. How i fix this problem?

Try to disable the advertizing at your hosting.

Is not a problem of advertising.
Now i see that a lot of files has not been copied.
I've tried a lot of times to upload all file but each time there are some files that are not copied.

Damn! I'm hating filezilla now -.-'

It is not a filezilla problem but rather an issue of your internet connection/the server connection...

Well, if the update ran through properly, it is the advertizing of altervista. There is no other reason why it does not work.

Maybe, you could try to use Firebug and check the Network Tab while requesting a new password - then you will see, what the server responses...

Of course, you could also provide one test account at your galaxytool for me (via PM), then I would take a look. This account does not need any permission, but only has to be activated.
